Update: I placed the order on July 15th. I had to reach out to the seller to get an update. Although the seller responded quickly stating that the item was out of stock, I have yet to receive the backpack.I would say customer service is actually really great! They've tried their very best to get this item to me¡ really wish this had turned out differently!

Super cute and definitely just big enough for a 3yr old. Smaller than expected but big enough for an extra set of clothes and small enough for her to carry by herself. Would not recommend for kindergarten or preschool but daycare it'll be fine, Customer service didn't respond nor let me know it was shipping it just showed up today. But oh well it was in the middle of the estimated delivery window
