How Does Delivery Work?

We offer same-day dispatch on business days. Please allow up to 72 hours for our team to pack your order.

You can expect your package within 8-12days (specific timing depends on your region). When we ship the order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

*Reminder: Personalized products take extra time for engraving, so expect your delivery to take around 8-12 business days. If purchasing as a gift, please leave ample time for delivery. Personalized products are non-returnable since they are tailored specifically for you (unless you find a quality concern). Thank you for understanding!

If your order does not arrive within 30 business days, please contact us at official@namelicraft.com so that we can follow it up with the courier.

Free Shipping & Priority Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $75 USD (after discounts).

For customers in select countries, we also provide Priority Shipping (5-7 business days) for a faster delivery option. The Priority shipping fee is calculated at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Incorrect Shipping Address Details

We will deliver the products ordered to the address that was provided for delivery when the order was placed. We ask that customers double-check that the delivery addresses provided are accurate, correctly written, and include a full postcode in accordance with postal service addressing regulations. If an order is delayed or lost in the mail due to a customer’s incorrectly provided or incomplete address/postcode, Nameli is not liable and the customer will be subject to additional product purchase charges and delivery charges if applicable. We reserve the right to ask you to wait up to 28 business days before we resend the item.
